This Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course will help you to learn skills that can increase your ability to manage daily life challenges and live in harmony with life - whatever life brings. 

The course has 8 modules of study, designed to be taken over eight weeks (1 module per week).  However, there is no requirement to do so and if you prefer you may study the course over a longer time frame.

By successfully completing the course you will be better equipped to:

  • Cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life
  • Deal with distressing situations in a calmer and objective approach
  • Be more fully present in the present moment
Research indicates that mindfulness training can have a significant therapeutic effect for those experiencing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, chronic pain, migraines, heart conditions, diabetes and other ailments. In addition, participants typically report feeling more alive, more "in-tune" with themselves and others.

This course has an experiential element of daily practice. The daily practice will take approximately 30 minutes a day
